We sat at the bar and had a great dinner. Originally we went in for drinks and appetizers but ended up eating more. The food was flavorful and our drinks were delicious. We also had great service. It’s a new restaurant so I was prepared for some struggle but I was pleasantly surprised.

My wife has celiac disease and can’t have gluten. The staff had the chef come out to ensure proper food preparations would take place. The food was delicious. Great environment. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious tacos! The chicken and beef tacos with the cilantro and red sauce (on the side) were so good. Much of the food tastes homemade. I will definitely be back!

Eduardo was our server and also the bar tender. We began our dining experience with two awesome margaritas and excellent corn chips and salsa. Next, we ordered “his” recommendation for dinner: Quesabirria Tacos and Chicken/Pollo Fajitas. Our experience was outstanding!!

My to-go tacos were so good I couldn’t stop eating to take a picture! We’ve had steak and pork fajitas, and the steak and brisket tacos. All were very fresh, hot and delicious. I believe they are Homemade corn tortillas, which are so light and fluffy. The service has been great, our food always comes out quickly. Margaritas were also good.

We found the restaurant to be trendy and appealing. Blue Agave has the feel of an upscale restaurant and local hangout to enjoy just chips and cheese if you prefer. My wife and I each had shrimp fajitas, which were delightful as the pictures show. We found the cheese a lot thicker than most normal Mexican restaurants. I would say their cheese dip is the best we have had in SWFL. We enjoyed the beans and side dishes as well. Our drinks were perfect, as I am a very picky strawberry daiquiri drinker. One of the coolest features in the restaurant is how the wall lights come on in sequence as you walk to the restroom. Overall, we would give Blue Agave a 10 out of 10 on everything. This restaurant came recommended to us, so we drove the 2 hour round-trip to try it out. It was worth the trip:)

We had a great time there and we enjoy a lot the food. We had the fried fish and it was huge, the flavor was amazing and also the rice and beans were delicious. We were hesitant at the beginning because we saw a lot of bad comments about the food flavor but honestly we have no complaints at all

As a Mexican gal, always looking for authentic Mexican food in south Florida, Blue Agave did not disappoint. We started with their guacamole, fresh and vibrant with just the right balance of flavors (could have been spicier for me). Next up were the quesabirrias – a delightful twist on traditional quesadillas, oozing with melted cheese and tender meat. I make birria at home and am usually disappointed when I try elsewhere-not today! Their tacos were great- we tried the fish and steak, both were bursting with flavor. All dishes were made with home-made tortillas made in-house! If you are expecting the all too common Tex-Mex food—this place is not for you! This place is authentic!
